The Company’s philosophy is to recruit young energetic people and give them a high level of responsibility at a very early age. Candidates who are willing to link their remuneration to performance, and accept a high level of challenge, are likely to be successful in the Company. Candidates who are more desirous of designations and rank are not encouraged to apply, as we maintain a very flat organization structure, with very few levels. The Company encourages employees to feel like “owners” of the Company, and liberally indulges in profit sharing with its core team.
